T5 Departure Meet and Assist

About This Service

Your Meet and Assist Personnel will be waiting to welcome and greet you at the agreed meeting point (Terminal forecourt kerbside, car park or incoming train, taxi, bus/coach station). Your Greeter Host will assist and guide you to your relevant Airline Check-in area assisting you with your Hold luggage and Airline Check-in process. After Check in your host will ensure a swift, smooth and safe passage through passport control and security baggage screening to the departure lounge. Depending on your travel class, host will escort you to Airline exclusive lounges and when ready for boarding, your host will take you to your departure gate and wish you a safe flight. Travelling with additional Luggage! Extra assistance at the agreed meeting point to transport your hold luggage with trolleys at the ready. They will collect and carry your baggage to the relevant Airline Check-in counters as an add-on service. (Porter Service)

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be refunded.
