About This Service
Your Meet and Assist representative will be waiting to welcome & greet you at the agreed meeting point (i.e., Terminal forecourt kerbside, car park or incoming train, taxi, bus/coach station). Your Greeter will assist and guide you to your relevant Airline for Check-in assisting you with your Hold luggage and Airline Check-in process. After Check-in, your Greeter will ensure a swift, smooth and safe passage through the airport security screening, and passport control and then to the departure lounge. Depending on your class of travel or if a member of a ‘Frequent Travel’ programme or ‘Credit Card’ benefits’, your Greeter will escort you to your Airline exclusive lounge or Third-Party lounge accordingly. Once in the lounge, our representative will confirm and agree with you on the time when you will be ready to leave the lounge for boarding and will take you to your departure gate and wish you a pleasant and safe flight. N.B. Travelling with additional Luggage An extra pair of hands at the baggage carousel can be arranged with trolleys at the ready to assist, collect and carry as an add-on service provided by the airport.
