What's Included?

The Meet and Assist service is available for Departing, Arriving and Connecting passengers regardless of the airline class of travel. Our Principal Services provide travellers with the added comfort and convenience of Premium Class treatment and more at the airport – making the arrival and departure process feel effortless.


Our services are tailored to suit every traveller’s needs – for those wanting to travel in real VIP style, frequent business travellers, families, nervous or elderly passengers, those organising group trips, or passengers needing a swift and smooth passage between the connecting flights or needing a door-to-door service.

We Personalise each service to your specific needs with Incredible prices and within your budget.


Our enhanced choices of Meet & Assist services reflect the diverse needs of passengers, with multi-lingual services agents. We constantly explore new avenues of excellence in service standards to make our Customer’s Airport experience a memorable and real pleasure.


What’s Not Included


  • Meet & Assist service does not include fast track service through security and immigration.  Please see “Heathrow Fast Track

  • Meet & Assist includes baggage assistance for up to 3 bags on self-pushed trolleys.  If you require assistance with more baggage, please add this information when booking and IPS can arrange this in advance.  Please see “Heathrow’s Porter Service” or our ‘Add-on Services’.

  • Wheelchair assistance or other qualifying reduced mobility of impairment is not included in this service.  This service is provided through the airlines by Heathrow Airport here.


As you disembark, our Meet & Assist representative will be waiting to welcome you at top of the air bridge holding your name board. Your Greeter will guide you through the immigration formalities and lead you to the baggage reclaim hall to help collect your luggage. Finally escorting you through the UKBA (Customs & Excise) if necessary, then to your next mode of transport. Our representative will be available for you until you are on your way.


Please note: In the interest of security, all arriving passengers MUST maintain hold/control of their personal belongings and hand luggage at all times.


N.B. Travelling with additional Luggage


An extra pair of hands at the baggage carousel can be arranged with trolleys at the ready to assist, collect and carry as an add-on service provided by the airport. Please see (Heathrow Porter Service)



Your Meet and Assist representative will be waiting to welcome & greet you at the agreed meeting point (i.e., Terminal forecourt kerbside, car park or incoming train, taxi, bus/coach station). Your Greeter will assist and guide you to your relevant Airline for Check-in assisting you with your Hold luggage and Airline Check-in process.


After Check-in, your Greeter will ensure a swift, smooth and safe passage through the airport security screening, and passport control and then to the departure lounge.


Depending on your class of travel or if a member of a ‘Frequent Travel’ programme or ‘Credit Card’ benefits’, your Greeter will escort you to your Airline exclusive lounge or Third-Party lounge accordingly. Once in the lounge, our representative will confirm and agree with you on the time when you will be ready to leave the lounge for boarding and will take you to your departure gate and wish you a pleasant and safe flight.

Transfers & Connections

Our Meet & Assist representative will guide you through flight connections and follow the flight connection routes. They will accompany you whether in the same terminal or to another terminal as necessary and follow the airport security process onward to your next flight. Our representative will assist you accordingly with time permitting between your flights, class of travel or frequent travel membership for access to exclusive airline lounges or third-party lounges.


Passengers who are required to check in again for their next destination either from the same terminal or a different terminal will receive the full departure service. This will require passengers to clear UKBA Customs & Excise, collect checked luggage and check in again with the respective airline. Your Greeter will accompany and escort you all the way guiding you through this process. Please see the ‘Departures’ service.


Add-On Services 

Porter Service


IPS can provide this service on request at an additional cost. When requested and confirmed, a separate invoice will be sent payable at 48 hours the latest (subject to availability).

  • Available in all terminals

Once arranged, they will transport your luggage to the check-in desk, assist with the formalities of bag wrapping or lifting onto the baggage belts and even give you a hand with carnet declarations at customs for a truly end-to-end service.

(*Please be aware that the porter service is subject to availability and that prices vary for passengers requiring VAT reclaim on departure, please call to confirm. Please be aware of the airline baggage restrictions that apply to your ticket type; always ensure that you have checked with your airline before arrival at the airport.)


Buggy/Cart Service

IPS can arrange this subject to availability at Heathrow Terminal 3 only at this time. 

Please complete the form on our Buggy/Cart Service page or email us for a quotation at giving at least 48 hours' notice in advance.
If available, an invoice will be sent to you for immediate payment. This service is not confirmed until the payment has been completed.
